Incident Summary:

10/25/2013: Two explosive devices were discovered and defused near the village committee office of Pushpa Kamal Dahal, chairman of the United Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (UCPN-M) in Siraha district, Eastern development region, Nepal. This was one of two incidents in which explosive devices were discovered in Siraha targeting the UCPN-M on this day. Madhesh Rastra Janatantrik Revolutionary (RJR) - Nepal claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents and stated that they were a warning to Chairman Dahal.
