10/26/2013: A crude bomb was thrown at the house of Kazi Rakib Uddin Ahmad in the Baridhara neighborhood of Dhaka city, Dhaka division, Bangladesh. Ahmad, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC), was not injured in the blast. This was one of four targeted bombing attacks against government officials that occurred in Dhaka on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
