Incident Summary:

10/30/2013: An explosive device attached to a bicycle detonated near an auto parts market in the Double Road area of Quetta city, Balochistan province, Pakistan. The explosion caused a fire, which ignited a gas cylinder, causing a second blast. At least five people were killed and 17 people were injured in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
