Incident Summary:

10/31/2013: Assailants opened fire on an Afghan National Army (ANA) convoy escorting a Mobile Vote Distribution Team in Kohistanat district, Sari Pul, Afghanistan. In the ensuing clash, two attackers and three Afghan soldiers were killed while 12 people, including a civilian, were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
