Incident Summary:

11/13/2013: An explosive device detonated near the home of an Iraqi Police Service (IPS) officer in Karma town, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks at this location on this day. This incident targeted civilians who had gathered at the scene of the previous blast. At least two people were killed and seven others were wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
