Incident Summary:

11/18/2013: An explosive device detonated along a main road in Zarghun Shar district, Paktika province, Afghanistan. Seven children were killed and three others were injured as a result of the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, Afghan officials attributed the attack to the Taliban. The Taliban denied responsibility.
