11/19/2013: An explosive device attached to a vehicle detonated in Balad Ruz town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. The owner of the vehicle, an employee of a parliamentarian, was killed in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks targeting government employees in the Balad Ruz on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinate incidents.
