11/20/2013: An explosive device was discovered strapped to a bicycle near a mosque in Bijni town, Chirang district, Assam state, India. The device was diffused by police. This was one of three attempted bombings in Assam state on this day. The National Liberation Front of Bengalis (NLFB), has claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
