Incident Summary:

11/20/2013: Two Saudi suicide bombers attempted to blow up a hospital in Deir Attiyeh town, Rif Dimashq governorate, Syria. The two bombers were killed in the attempt and one other person was injured. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and Al-Nusra Front.
