11/22/2013: Six armed assailants attempted to abduct Jakir Hussain in the Chirang district, Assam state, India. The assailants kidnapped two people to help them look for Hussain. Hussain was not found and the two captives escaped when the attackers fled. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
