11/24/2013: Assailants opened fire on a Special Police Force checkpoint in Seiyun town, Hadramawt governorate, Yemen. At least four police officers were killed and another was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
