Incident Summary:

12/04/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near the gate of the Police Intelligence Department in Kirkuk city, Kirkuk, Iraq. This was followed by a suicide bomber detonating inside the building. At least 11 people were killed and 75 others were injured. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the city on the same day. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
