Incident Summary:

12/18/2013: A roadside bomb detonated targeting members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) in Saravan city, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Three soldiers were killed. In a statement claiming responsibility, Jaish al-Adl stated the attack was retribution for the hanging of 16 people in November.
