12/19/2013: Approximately 1,500 assailants stormed a United Nations base and opened fire in Akobo, Jonglei, South Sudan. At least 13 people, including two Indian peacekeepers, were killed and an unknown number of people were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
