Incident Summary:

12/21/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near an Iraqi Police Service (IPS) vehicle in Shirqat city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. At least three police officers, including the district police chief, were killed and five others, including three officers and two civilians, were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
