Incident Summary:

01/08/2014: An explosive device planted in a vehicle detonated as police officials approached it in Tambuktan village, Stavropol Krai, Russia. A body was in the vehicle. No one was injured in the blast. This was one of two incidents in which dead bodies were found in explosives-laden vehicles in Stavropol Krai on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, experts suspected that Caucasus Emirate was involved.
