Incident Summary:

01/08/2014: An explosive device planted in a vehicle was discovered as police officials approached it in Maryinskaya village, Stavropol Krai, Russia. The vehicle contained three bodies. Police bomb experts safely defused the device. This was one of two incidents in which dead bodies were found in explosives-laden vehicles in Stavropol Krai on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, experts suspected that Caucasus Emirate was involved.
