Incident Summary:

03/24/2014: Assailants opened fire on Hussein Hafow in Kismayo city, Lower Juba region, Somalia. Hafow, the Awramale clan chief, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Raskamboni Movement and suspected that Al-Shabaab may have been involved in the attack.
