Incident Summary:
04/02/2014: A rocket struck a commercial area of Labweh village, Baalbek district, Beqaa governorate, Lebanon. One person was killed and one other was injured in the blast. This was one of two rocket attacks on this town on this day. Both Liwaa Ahrar al-Sunna and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
