Incident Summary:

07/28/2014: Assailants attacked Government of China offices and a Chinese Police station in Elixku, Xinjiang, China. This was one of two related incidents in Xinjiang province on this date. In addition to 59 assailants, 37 people were killed and 13 others were wounded across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Turkestan Islamic Party.
