Incident Summary:

07/30/2014: Assailants attacked Seleka bases in Batangafo town, Ouham prefecture, Central African Republic. At least 22 people, including civilians, were killed and 24 others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Anti-Balaka militia, who denied involvement.
