07/31/2014: Assailants blew up a section of the Cano Limon-Covenas Oil Pipeline near El Loro village, Norte de Santander department, Colombia. There were no reports of casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
