Incident Summary:

09/08/2014: Suicide bombers detonated explosives-laden vehicles in Dhuluiya town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. The blasts were followed by an attack on the city. At least 17 people were killed and 170 people were injured in the raid. This was one of two attacks targeting the town on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
