10/31/2014: Assailants opened fire on Colonel Cesar Augusto Miranda Delgado in Toribio district, Cauca department, Colombia. Delgado, a police station sub-commander, was wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
