01/20/2015: Assailants abducted a Kurdish United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) employee from Bangui city, Bangui prefecture, Central African Republic. The employee was released later the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the kidnapping to the Anti-Balaka Militia.
