Incident Summary:

01/24/2015: Assailants abducted three people, including Noui Hong Sung, in Roseller Lim town, Zamboanga Sibugay province, Philippines. Two of the hostages escaped shortly after the abduction and Sung, a Korean businessperson, was killed on October 31, 2015. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) and the Waning Abdusalam Group (WAG).
