Incident Summary:

02/21/2015: Assailants opened fire on a Myanmar Red Cross Society vehicle near Laukkaing town, Shan state, Myanmar. At least five people, including an aid worker and a journalist, were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that the National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA-ESSA) was behind the attack. The NDAA-ESSA denied any involvement in the incident.
