Incident Summary:

03/30/2015: Three assailants armed with machetes attacked Mohamad Washikur Rahman in Tejgaon neighborhood, Dhaka city, Dhaka division, Bangladesh. Rahman, a Bangladeshi secular blogger, was killed in the assault. Ansarullah Bangla Team claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the group targeted Washikur Rahman because he had disrespected Islam. Al-Qa'ida in the Indian Subcontinent also claimed responsibility for the incident.
