Incident Summary:

04/11/2015: Several students at Fatiha School fell ill after eating beans sold to them by a vendor in Herat city, Herat province, Afghanistan. Approximately 100 students were hospitalized as a result of the poisoning. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
