Incident Summary:

05/09/2015: Assailants opened fire on Rafiq Ezzat outside of a school in Arish city, North Sinai governorate, Egypt. Ezzat, a police officer, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Sinai Province of the Islamic State was involved in the attack.
