Incident Summary:

07/26/2015: An explosive device detonated targeting a bus carrying police recruits in Arish city, North Sinai governorate, Egypt. Eighteen recruits were injured in the blast. In addition, security forces discovered and defused a second explosive device following the attack. The Sinai Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in response to the government's extension of both the state of emergency and curfew in Arish city.
