Incident Summary:

09/04/2015: Assailants opened fire on residents in a market in Kirawa town, Borno state, Nigeria. At least 48 people were killed and 101 people were injured in the assault. In addition, two suicide bombers were identified and arrested. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
