Incident Summary:

09/30/2015: Assailants abducted a civilian in Uban village, Assam state, India. Gohain was released unharmed later the same day. This was one of two attacks carried out by the same assailants on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities suspected that the incident was carried out by the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) and the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Khaplang (NSCN-K).
