10/01/2015: A roadside bomb detonated targeting the convoy of Abdulbak Ajibon in Sunrise village, Isabela City, Basilan province, Philippines. Ajibon, the vice mayor of Isabela City, was unharmed, although four people were killed and 11 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) may have been involved.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
