10/17/2015: An explosive device planted in the vehicle of Sheikh Mohammed Bodiam detonated in Ajdabiya, Wahat district, Libya. Bodiam, a Salafi imam, was injured and his nephew was killed in the blast. The Barqa Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that Bodiam was targeted because the group believed he was an apostate.
