Incident Summary:

10/26/2015: Assailants attacked a Union for Peace in Central Africa (UPC) vehicle and abducted four senior UPC members in Combattant neighborhood, Bangui city, Central African Republic. Three of the hostage victims, including UPC spokesperson Ahmat Nejad and secretary-general Ahssan Bouba, were killed on the same day while the fourth hostage was wounded, but escaped. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Anti-Balaka Militia.
