10/27/2015: Assailants shot down a helicopter in Al-Maya area, Jafara district, Libya. At least 19 people were killed in the attack; the victims included senior Operation Dawn officer Colonel Hussein Abu Diyya, General National Congress (GNC) officials, and bank employees. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Army of the Tribes.

Criteria 1
