Incident Summary:

11/08/2015: A female suicide bomber detonated near a public water tap in Ngouboua town, Lac region, Chad. This was one of two suicide bombings in this town on the same day. In addition to the two bombers, two civilians were killed and 14 others were injured in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to Boko Haram.
