Incident Summary:
11/10/2015: Assailants fired rockets that landed and detonated in Awqaf neighborhood, Lattakia city, Lattakia governorate, Syria. This was one of two projectile attacks in neighborhoods of Lattakia on the same day. At least 23 people were killed and 60 others were injured across both incidents. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to Al-Nusrah Front and Ahrar al-Sham.
