11/13/2015: An explosive device detonated in Them Mawbah area, Shillong city, Meghalaya state, India. There were no reported casualties; however, vehicles and construction equipment was damaged in the blast. The Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) claimed responsibility for the incident and warned non-natives of Shillong city to stop intervening in Hynniewtrep affairs.

Criteria 1
