Incident Summary:

11/27/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device targeting a Shia procession in Dakasoye, Kano state, Nigeria. In addition to the assailant, at least 21 people were killed and 38 people were injured in the blast. A second assailant was identified and arrested before he could detonate his explosives. Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was part of a larger campaign targeting members of the Shia community.
