Incident Summary:

11/28/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vest targeting the vehicle of Rahman Rodwal, an Independent Election Commission (IEC) of Afghanistan provincial director, in Shahrak-e-Telayee neighborhood, Kabul city, Kabul province, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, the driver was killed and two people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
