Incident Summary:

11/30/2015: Assailants opened fire on the vehicle of Yaqub Khan along Zaida Bypass Road in Zaida, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Khan, the World Health Organization (WHO) Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI) district coordinator, was killed and his driver was injured in the assault. This was one of two attacks in Swabi district carried out by the same assailants on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, officials attributed the attacks to Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
