Incident Summary:

11/30/2015: Four assailants opened fire on a truck transporting migrants near Kidal city, Kidal region, Mali. At least four migrants were killed and six were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Macina Liberation Front (FLM) was involved.
