Incident Summary:

12/18/2015: An assailant attempted to ram his vehicle into soldiers and border police officers at the the Qalandiyah checkpoint in Jerusalem, West Bank. A security guard opened fire on the vehicle, wounding the assailant. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to a Palestinian extremist.
