12/25/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden belt at an Ahmadi Muslim mosque in Bagmara Upazila, Rajshahi division, Bangladesh. The bomber was killed and three people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State in Bangladesh claimed responsibility for the incident. Additionally, sources attributed the attack to Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
