Incident Summary:
01/11/2016: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle outside a casino in Muqdadiyah, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Muqdadiyah; this later bombing targeted people gathering at the scene of an earlier explosion. In addition to the bomber, at least 20 people were killed and 50 others were injured across both blasts. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Criteria 1
