Incident Summary:

01/14/2016: Assailants abducted four Ustay Construction, Contracting and Trading Company employees in Maradah, Wahat district, Libya. Three of the hostages were executed on January 28, 2016. The whereabouts of the remaining victim are unknown. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Maradah on the same day. The Barqa Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incidents.
