Incident Summary:
01/24/2016: An explosive device placed on a motorbike detonated in front of Star Cafe in Al-Wasati neighborhood, Qamishli, Al Hasakah governorate, Syria. At least three people were killed and 20 others were injured in the blast. This was one of two bombings in Qamishli on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attacks.
