01/30/2016: An explosive device detonated targeting a vehicle carrying security personnel in Torghar district, Kunar province, Afghanistan. Three security personnel, including a police chief and an intelligence chief, were killed and two police officers were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
